Damages and issues
We will contact you right away if your sample is received damaged or contaminated and is unacceptable for testing. We will refund the Testing order when samples are received damaged or unacceptable.
If you would like us to test your sample even if we received it damaged or contaminated, we will run the test and send you the report of analysis. However, we will not be able to report this result to USDA or any legal authority for the purposes of validating or invalidating the batch or harvest the sample may represent. Also, If we test the damaged or contaminated sample at your request, you will be charged for the services performed.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for samples that arrived damaged. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
